全球武林，论剑普吉；聚力创新，共谋发展。为进一步在世界范围内弘扬中国武术功夫文化，推动中国武术功夫在全球的广泛传播，国际功夫联合会定于2023年3月6日上午9:00，在泰国普吉岛dusit thani laguna phuket酒店会议室，召开国际功夫联合会全球创新发展功夫经济高峰论坛。本次会议主题:《以武术的魅力而赢得世界》。
我衷心希望国际功夫联合会有志之士与普吉人民一道，共同打造活力之岛，魅力之岛，激情澎湃之岛，自由浪漫之岛，文化旅游之岛，功夫搏击之岛，休闲养生之岛，国际教育之岛，创新发展之岛。让更多的人喜欢普吉岛，热爱普吉岛，追随普吉岛！
国际功夫联合会主席傅彪总结了人类有三种力量，那就是思想、文化、精神。武术是思想与肢体语言的结合，是艺术与美学的结合，是力量与技能的结合，是一项开发人大脑和肢体相互协调发挥的运动；是一门提振全人类精神意志的科学技术。一个国家文化的提升可以升华一个民族的思想；武术的振兴可以提振一个国家的民族精神。一个有思想的民族是有理想有目标有希望的民族；一个有精神的民族，这个国家才会越来越强大！

We would like to welcome all martial-arts circles and those who love Chinese kung fu to assemble on the island of Phuket to discuss the art of wushu; let us gather strength to strive for mutual development. In order to further uphold the culture of Chinese martial arts and kung fu in the world, and spread the knowledge around the globe, the International Kung Fu Federation plans to hold the Global Innovation and Development Kung Fu Economic Forum at 9:00 on March 6, 2023 at the conference hall of Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket on the beautiful Phuket island in Thailand. The theme of this conference: "Win the World Through the Charm of Kung Fu".
I earnestly hope that colleagues with lofty aspirations from the International Kung Fu Federation in mutual effort with the people of Phuket would build this island into an island of vitality, charm, passion, freedom and romance, cultural tourism, kung fu fighting, leisure and health, an island of international education, an island of innovation and development. Let’s get more people to enjoy Phuket, love Phuket, and follow Phuket!
Fu Biao, chairman of the International Kung Fu Federation, summed up that human beings have three kinds of power - thought, culture, and spirit. Kung fu is a combination of thought and body language, art and aesthetics, strength and skills, a sport that develops the coordination of the human brain and limbs; it is a science and technology that boosts the spiritual will of all mankind. The promotion of a country's culture can sublimate the thoughts of a nation; the revitalization of martial arts can boost the national spirit of a country. A thoughtful nation is a nation with ideals, goals and hope; a spiritual nation is the one that will make its country strong and prosperous!
We will be honored by your arrival! I would appreciate your far-sighted insights and guidance in spreading the culture of Chinese kung fu. We will earnestly study your precious ideas, and make unremitting efforts to further promote the development of Chinese martial arts, and finally come to the point where we all can win the world through the charm of kung fu!
