Chinese New Year Congratulations on 2021 by Mr. Fu

IKFF news, February 11th, 2021 is the very special Family Reunion Day for all the Chinese people according to the Lunar Calendar. We Chinese people are all ready to celebrate and enjoy the New Year`s Eve of the year of Ox 2021, which is based on the 12 zodiac animals legend. The U.N. Goodwill Ambassador, president of International Cooperation of the Chamber of Commerce in the Private Economy, the 9th and 10th Session Invited Vice-president of Chinese Wushu Association and the President of IKFF(International Kung Fu Federation), Mr. Fu Biao, on behalf of IKFF, expresses the New Year`s Day greetings and heartfelt thanks to his friends from all over the world who care and support the development and promotion of IKFF through Global Kung Fu Net (www.qqgfw.com),Global Entrepreneurship Net ( www.qqcy.com),Global TV(www.gtvs.net) and the website of IKFF （ www.ikffm.com）.

Looking back on 2020, the Covid 19 has been spreading throughout the world, and people all over the world are fighting the epidemic with all their strength. Wushu has played an important role in the fight against the epidemic. International Kung Fu Federation(IKFF), together with its member states, gave full play to the multiple functions of martial arts during the epidemic-practice martial arts at home and practice martial arts every day; increase physical resistance, stimulate immunity, and release health and vitality. I have summarized: Martial arts exercises and improving people's physical and psychological qualities will have a healthy physique and strong will. It is completely possible to overcome all sudden natural disasters and diseases.

In January 2020, I, together with my team delegates, visited India regarding to the 9th International Kung Fu Cultural Exchange Conference which should be named as the 8th IKFF World Kung Championship. We had fruitful discussion with Mr. Sudir Pod, Minister of the City of Kanpur, India, and the Chairman of the Kung Fu Federation of India,as well as Mr. Gyan Tripathi, the Executive president of the Kung Fu Federation of India. Fruitful discussions were held on issues related to the 8th Kung Fu World Championship.Unfortunately affected by the epidemic, the expected event will be postponed to October 2022.

On September 5th of the same year 2020, I attended the Huya Kungfu Carnival and met with Huya Vice President Mr.Zhao Ziyang at the Guangzhou Baiyun Convention Center. I especially emphasize that most of the athletes participating in domestic fighting events are from Wushu Sanda. In order to survive, we Wushu Sanda athletes can cater to the market and participate in Boxing, Muay Thai and MMA competitions, but if you don't have the foundation for Sanda, it will be difficult for you to play any of the above events. Therefore, our martial arts and Sanda athletes should not forget their original intention at all times that is the original intention --- Let more people pay attention to and practice martial arts and Sanda. Wushu Sanda is the competitive lead product of our martial arts people, and it is also a product of China. On any event platform, we must not forget that I am a martial arts Sanda athlete. I want to promote our own brand of China.We can make Sanda athletes and the Sprotsman of Boxing, Muay Thai & MMA figure out which is more comprehensive, stronger and enjoyable. At the event, I presented prizes to the champion Wei Rui.

On November 4th, I attended the symposium on studying and implementing the spirit of the 5th Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the CPC to coordinate the development of united front and service in Beijing Hotel. Mr.Yu Hongjun,the Deputy Minister of the International Liaison Department of the CPC, and Mr.Wang Yanguo, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Chinese Chamber of Commerce for International Cooperation in Private Economy, granted the awards to IKFF as the outstanding and advanced Honor of Unit in 2020.

Linked by mountains and rivers, care & love are crossing worldwide. At the end of 2020, I flew to Thailand and continuously attended the Phuket Fund Raising Event four times donating rice to the local residents who are suffering the hunger in 2020. The event was proposed and initiated by Phuket One World One Village International Tourism & House Property Company, which was received support from the local government of Phuket. Mr. Aroong Woonsiw, governor of Phuket Province, expressed appreciation and thanks for the charity fund raising activity. This is the largest charity fund raising sponsor activity in Phuket since the epidemic, which has inspired a large number of caring people to care and donate more. He hoped that I could introduce more Chinese private enterprises and elites from all walks of life to invest in Thailand and start -up business, to contribute and meet the goal of the “Belt and Road Initiative”. Facilitate Phuket become a more perfect, beautiful, attractive and dynamic world known tourist island. During the donation event, I attended the 13th Eurasian International Beauty Model Pageant in Phuket on Janu.23 rd, 2021. The competition is jointly organized by the One World One Village International Tourism & Real Estate Company and the Phuket Art Activities Association. Candidates came from more than 20 countries and regions around the world. I was invited as the VIP to grant awards to the winners.

One World One Village international tourism & real estate company was founded / established in Phuket . The purpose is to create a beautiful, happy and livable home life for more people. This is our goal. Phuket is the golden sacred place for tourism and vacation, and it is the upper-level choice for house property. We want more people to live in romantic and comfortable houses, and let friends from all over the world practice Chinese Wushu in the fresh air and beautiful environment. The Chinese Chamber of Commerce for International Cooperation in Private Economy is an important link for connecting Chinese private enterprises to go out and invite in. Take service as the center, project as the link, talent as the support, finance as the guarantee, and demand as the focus. Riding on the express developing and prosperity journey of "Belt & Road Initiative", shouldering economic development, innovation and entrepreneurship, and cooperative development. We must revive the spirit of the ancient Silk Road, grasp economic and trade trends, find new markets, tap economic potential, show industrial characteristics, promote economy, and be good at nurturing new opportunities in the crisis, opening a new chapter in the ever-changing situation, opening a new chapter in China-Thailand economic and trade cooperation. We must win the recognition of the people of the world with strong strength and excellent quality, and jointly promote with ASEAN countries including Thailand. The Belt and Road economic and trade cooperation is moving towards high-quality development, working together to build a win-win cooperation, and building a community of shared future for mankind.

IKFF Member States are expected to do a good job continuously in pandemic prevention in 2021 including team building, competitive athletes selection and training, online and on-site field competition activities, so that more people will pay attention to Martial Arts, participate in martial Arts, and benefit from Martial Arts. By doing so, more practitioners would like and be willing to be the members of our Federation. Be active and creative, and seek changes accordingly. Promote the development of Martial Arts with great vitality and vigor.

Seize the momentum of trend and opportunity. We will continue to implement the development plan of IKFF for the next five years. The following five year developing plans and outlines are as follows :

1.Adhere to the "Ideological, Cultural, and Spiritual System" as the developing outline;

2. Development Member States, improve and perfect the leading organizations of each Member State;

3. Establish and improve the Kung Fu Special Committees of various schools;

4. Establish training bases for each Member State and vigorously promote Martial Art activities;

5. Implement the co-existence of the “Duan” rank system ( globally ) and the “Cheng” rank system ( locally );

6. Continue to promote the Spark Program to popularize Kung Fu culture in developing countries;

7. Organize competitions and facilitate communications;

8. To achieve the goal of opening the world through the charm of Martial Arts. As an opportunity, Chinese Kung Fu Culture Center has eight functional sections as follows: Wushu Taolu Performance Demo Hall, Chinese Language Teaching, Chinese Calligraphy, Costume and Weapon, Tea Art Culture, Traditional Chinese Medical Culture, and Chinese Folk Music section. We continue to launch a new chapter along the Silk Road of Martial Arts, and facilitate the Belt and Road Initiative, strengthen the promotion of Martial Arts overseas. Our efforts and actions reflected Chinese wisdom, standards and solutions. It is hoped that the Kung Fu Confederations of all countries will do a good job with believe, culture, and spirit as action indicators. Hopefully, all the affiliated member states of IKFF will follow the essence of the belief, culture and spirit as guidance.
