To promote Chinese martial arts and enhance the cultural communication between China and the world, UN Envoy of Friendship, Vice Chairman of Chinese Wushu Association, President of International Kungfu Federation Mr. Fu Biao formulated this Spark Plan abiding by the theory of “cultural serves the economy” and aiming at promoting the economic & cultural exchange. Relying on the abundant strength and huge Wushu education resources of Beijing Shaolin Wushu School （www.bjslwx.com）and the funds & publicity platform of Global Financial Group, Global TV Media Group (including Global Kungfu Website, Global Entrepreneurship Website, Global TV, Global Kungfu Magazine) and sponsoring by Internatial Kung Fu Federation, this plan aims at recruit students from developing countries to free study Wushu & Chinese Culture in Beijing Shaolin Wushu School.
“Martial Arts is the combination of thought & body language, the integration of art & aesthetics and the union of strength & skill. It is a kind of sport that contributes to develop the coordination between brain & body. Martial Arts is also a science technology which can inspire one’s spirit & will power. One nation’s thoughts could be enhanced through promoting its culture while the national spirit could be promoted by revitalization of martial arts. A nation with thoughts is aspiring, targeted and hopeful. Only when the nation has spirit, could the country be more powerful.” UN Envoy of Friendship, Vice Chairman of Chinese Wushu Association, President of International Kungfu Federation Mr. Fu Biao annotated Chinese Wushu in such refined description.
To promote Chinese Wushu & culture, Mr. Fu Biao visited & communicated in US, Russia, Germany, France and dozens of countries & areas in Europe, America, Asia & Africa. Bound sound and firm cooperation with official & civilian Wushu organization with such countries & areas. Winning the world with Wushu’s glamour & letting the people enjoy the health & happiness of Wushu is Mr. Fu Biao’s lifelong pursuit. Based on this point, Mr. Fu Biao formulated this Spark Scheme.
The Scheme of implementation:
One, Wushu associations, gyms, schools, clubs or other social association from developing countries could submit application to the secretariat of Global Kung Fu Federation（www.ikffm.com). After approving of secretariat of Global Kung Fu Federation and signing Cooperation Plan, the procedures of coming to China could be launched.
Second, Each developing countries could select 10 students above 8 years old who like Chinese wushu and culture and have a certain Wushu foundation.
Three, the study period should be one to three years till the students could grasp corresponding wushu skill.
Four, The students could participate Beijing International Wushu Culture Exchange Conference and other match or activities holding in China.
Five, The accepting school is Beijing Shaolin Wushu School and its branch schools including:
