May 27, 2012, the second Russian International Wushu Festival was held ceremoniously in Barnaul of Novosibirsk. This competition was organized by the Sports Board of Altai region, Russia. Wushu athletes from all over the world came here for the gand event together.

The guests attending this international competition were: Mr. Fu Biao, UN Friendly Messenger, vice president of Chinese Wushu Association, president of International Kungfu Federation, chairman of Global Kungfu Website Experts Committee and CEO of Global TV Media Group, Mr. Volynkin V.M, chairman of the Sports Board of Altai region, Surkov V.O, president of Altai Wushu Federation of Russia, Sergey petrov, chairman of Barnaul Wrestling Federation, and Natalia who was vice chairman of Altai Wushu Federation.

With solemn music sounded, the opening ceremony kicked off officially. The participating athletes dressed with contestants walked into the hall. Then Mr. Fu Biao, UN Friendly Messenger, vice president of Chinese Wushu Association, president of International Kungfu Federation, chairman of Global Kungfu Website Experts Committee and CEO of Global TV Media Group, declared the opening of this competition. During the opening ceremony, kungfu boys of Beijing Shaolin Wushu School and teachers of Jilin Province brought a wonderful performance, winning thunderous applause from audience with the charm of Chinese Kungfu.

It is reported that the participating athletes came from all over the world, with a large scale of totaling one thousand. The referee judged the competition in accordance with the rules of international Wushu Taolu.
